After feeling overwhelmed stomping what little winter trail I do have; by myself... I finally got out for a bit earlier today..... Finished stomping out trail, and then pedaled a bit too!! It's a bit punchy, but nothing a few ride in's won't fix.
The DC recently shared this info on a post on FB, and is one of the more worthwhile pages I've ever seen on social media!!
It has to do with veterans and cycling, how could it get any better??
You may have to "join" to read any info and such...... But it's worthy!!
We as a family are all about showing respect to the men and women that have fought, will fight and are fighting to keep us free!!
Gods speed to all veterans past and present!!
The next time someone comments about your pedaling a bike during winter as "CRAZY"
Show them this!! LOL
All be it I've known about these guys for many years; and don't think of them as any crazier than myself, or any other winter biker I know or don't know.
One XS 170mm RED 9:zero:7 frame ordered!! Woot Woot
After searching for some time.... Freaking out a bit, thinking I'd have to wait till fall of 2014.... I finally found an XS frame waiting for our young Jenna at Chain Reaction in the great state of Alaska; thanks Seth!!
It should arrive in a couple weeks, then a drive south to Penn Cycles Eagan will be in order to have a chat and pick out the build for our 3rd FatBike in our house!!!
We have one seriously pumped up little girl!! Ha Ha
